Ordering information
Ordering our products is simple and secure. All products come with a clear description and specification. We recommend using the option to enlarge the product image on your screen so that you can clearly see the colour and design. If you are unsure, please contact us first. Then add the item to your basket and you can continue shopping, proceed to checkout or pay on account.
Delivery times
Orders placed on working days before 3 pm, provided the items are in stock, will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend or on Fridays after 3 pm will be delivered one working day later. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification from us by email.
Returns and exchanges
Naturally, we assume that you will be satisfied with your purchase from Wicotex.com.
Items that have been removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.
With the exception of a manufacturing fault or defect.

For all other returns, please enclose the invoice.
For items returned correctly, the payment obligation will lapse and the amount paid will be refunded to the buyer within 10 days of receipt of the return.
